🌱 Refund & Return Policy – Star Plant Garden

At Star Plant Garden, we take great care in delivering healthy, fresh, and well-packed plants to our customers. Since our products are live plants, we have a specific Refund & Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or dead.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
  • Plants must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for reasons like:
    • Change of mind or wrong selection by the customer.
    • Plant not growing or flowering as expected (growth depends on care and environment).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you can choose between:
    • Replacement of the same plant (subject to availability).
    • Refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized orders (e.g., special arrangements or bulk orders).
  • Plants that have been kept beyond 24 hours after delivery without reporting issues.
  • Plants damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
